TERMS & CONDITION
1.
Package Price
might change in case of Saudi Riyal (SAR) Exchange rate fluctuation.
2.
All above rates
are on per person basis, without tickets.
3.
After
Approval, Cancellation / Visa Rejection (From Consulate) will be Charged
PKR: 22,000/= (Per Parson).
4.
Palenty of
PKR 500,000/- per head will be charged for any passenger overstaying the
validity of his/her visa.
5.
This Packages
including O/W by Car or full Transport by Bus with Ziaraat (otherwise
stated on package).
6.
Transportation
Package will include Jeddah Makkah Madinah Makkah Jeddah (Including
Ziaraats).
7.
Special
Transport Full Charges will be SR 2,500/- for 04 Seater Car, SR 2,950 for
07 to 08 Passenger and SR 4,150 for Coaster with Ziaraat.
8.
All the
payment of Umrah Package & tickets will be in advance.
9.
Passport /
Tickets / Hotel & Transportation Vouchers will be delivered one or two
days before travel.
10.
Any un-used
portion of Package/Services will be non-refundable.
11.
Visa and
Transportation charges are Non-Refundable in any case.
12.
Any objection
on Visa / Documents from Saudi Consulate / Embassy causing delay; the
Company will not be responsible under any circumstances.
13.
If there is
any error in the stamping of Visa from Saudi Consulate / Embassy; the
Company will not be responsible under any circumstances.
14.
If any
changes are made in travelling dates, the Umrah Package & ticket rates
will change as per airline and operator rules.
15.
In case of
cancellation, refund amount of ticket and Umrah Package will be given
according to the policy of the Airline and Operators b/w 4 to 6 weeks.
16.
Umrah visa
processing time is at least 15-20 working days.
REQUIREMENTS FOR UMRAH VISA:
- Original
Computerized Passport with atleast validity of seven (7) months.
- Original
Computerized National Identity Card.
- Original
Affidavit and Nikkah Namma for Ladies and original CNIC of her
husband.
- Original
Nadra B form for child & infant.
- Three
(3) photographs (4 x 6 cm) size in luster paper with blue background.
- Polio
Vaccination Certificate below fourteen years (14)
